We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Student Ministry Director
This position coordinates discipleship ministries to students (grades 6-12). Stillwater Church’s mission is “People helping people love and serve Jesus.” Likewise, our Student Ministry exists to lead students to Christ, disciple them to grow in their relationship Christ, and connect them to ministries of Stillwater Church. This role also mentors adult leaders, parents, and families to grow in their own ministries of reaching and discipling the next generation.
Contemporary Worship Leader
This ministry role uses contemporary worship as a means of God’s grace to help people encounter the authentic presence of God and grow as disciples of Jesus. This position disciples leaders and builds teams to develop and use gifts for ministry through Contemporary Worship services on Sunday mornings, for special events, and throughout the week.
Stillwater Resale Store Director
This role combines ministry and business management by directing Stillwater Resale. As a ministry, the store disciples volunteers into their deeper calling of service, engages the public to represent Christ, serves under the umbrella of Stillwater Church, and generates resources to expand God’s work. As a business, the store requires management of staff, budgets, policies, inventory, and facilities.
